betcx7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "betcx7" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to the betcx7 online betting and gaming service accessible at betcx7.ws and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "you" / "the player" / "the account holder" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account with betcx7.
• "account" means the personal betting account opened in your name on the betcx7 platform.
• "balance" means the total real-money PKR funds currently held in your betcx7 account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "bonus funds" means any promotional credit awarded to your account by betcx7 under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to its own wagering conditions.
• "wager" / "bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game or any other product offered through the betcx7 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of betcx7 accounts.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by betcx7 prior to certain transactions.

2Account Registration

To use the betcx7 platform you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. betcx7 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted under applicable law to use the betcx7 platform.
• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one betcx7 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• One account per household. Where multiple individuals at the same address wish to hold betcx7 accounts, each must contact support to confirm the arrangement prior to registration.
• All registration information — name, mobile number, CNIC details and address — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow a third party to use your betcx7 account.
• betcx7 reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion without being required to give a reason.

3Age Verification & KYC

betcx7 is committed to preventing underage gambling and complying with applicable identity verification requirements. The KYC process works as follows:

• KYC verification is required before the processing of a player's first withdrawal and may be required at any point at betcx7's discretion where identity confirmation is deemed necessary.
• Standard KYC documentation requires a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent self-photograph (selfie) clearly showing your face alongside the CNIC.
• Additional documentation — proof of address, source of funds — may be requested for accounts with higher transaction volumes or where betcx7's compliance team identifies a need for enhanced due diligence.
• betcx7 will process submitted KYC documents within one working day in the majority of cases. Players will be notified by email or support message when verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. betcx7 is not liable for any delay to withdrawals that results from a player's failure to submit documents promptly.
• If documents submitted cannot be verified as authentic, betcx7 reserves the right to suspend the account and investigate further before releasing any funds.

4Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your betcx7 account. The following obligations apply:

• Keep your password and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone, including betcx7 support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity, unless you have notified betcx7 promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact betcx7 support immediately via live chat or at support@betcx7.ws. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
• betcx7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is available free of charge from your account settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Do not access your betcx7 account from shared or public devices unless you are certain the device is secure and you fully log out after each session.

5Deposits

betcx7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for all payment methods except IBFT, where the minimum is Rs 1,000.
• betcx7 charges no fees on deposits. Your full deposited amount is credited to your account balance.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on interbank processing. Card deposits credit instantly.
• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your betcx7 account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• betcx7 reserves the right to return a deposit and request a different payment method if the source cannot be verified or if the transaction triggers a compliance flag.
• Deposits are intended to fund betting activity. betcx7 is not a financial institution and accounts should not be used to store funds long-term without betting activity.

6Withdrawals

betcx7 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card methods.
• betcx7 charges no fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested is dispatched to your wallet or bank account.
• Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used for the deposit as a standard anti-fraud measure. If you have deposited using multiple methods, betcx7 support can advise on the applicable routing prior to request submission.
• Standard accounts receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. betcx7 VIP Club members (Silver tier and above) receive priority processing, typically within 3–5 minutes.
• Card withdrawals are processed by betcx7 within one business day but the final credit to the card is subject to the issuing bank's timeline — typically 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed on hold pending KYC verification, compliance review or if betcx7 has reasonable grounds to investigate the account. betcx7 will notify the account holder if a withdrawal is held and will aim to resolve any review within 5 business days.
• betcx7 does not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. All withdrawal destinations must be registered in the account holder's own name.

7Bonuses and Promotions

betcx7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your betcx7 account. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and any winnings generated from them until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering contributions count only from bets on eligible products as listed in the promotion. Casino slots typically count 100%; table games, live casino and certain sports bets may count at a lower percentage or not at all.
• betcx7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household. Players who have previously held a betcx7 account are not eligible for new player promotions.
• betcx7 reserves the right to alter, suspend or remove any promotion at any time. In such cases, betcx7 will honour any bonus already claimed and in progress at the time of the change.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

8Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event bets placed through betcx7:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed on betcx7, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements unless the bet is the subject of an in-play cash-out request.
• betcx7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where the platform believes the requested stake is disproportionate to standard market activity or where a pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where an odds price is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault rather than genuine market movement — betcx7 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. The player will be notified.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your betcx7 account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed via official sources.
• Cash-out requests submitted during live events are processed at the value displayed at the time of the request. betcx7 does not guarantee that a cash-out request will always be accepted — at times of high market volatility or technical interruption, cash-out may be suspended temporarily.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on all legs settling correctly. A void leg in an accumulator will reduce the number of legs by one and recalculate the potential return accordingly.
• In the event of abandonment, postponement or other circumstances that affect event outcomes, betcx7 will apply the settlement rules specific to each sport. General rules are available in the betcx7 help section.

9Casino and Games

The following conditions apply to all casino, live dealer, crash game and virtual sports products available on betcx7:

• All RNG-based games (slots, roulette, crash games) use independently certified Random Number Generators. Results cannot be influenced by betcx7 or by the player beyond the standard game mechanic.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term expected return of each game and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, betcx7 systems will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Bets already committed will be settled based on the recorded state. If the platform cannot determine the outcome due to a system fault, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in game logic or any other technical fault for gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Virtual sports results are determined by RNG algorithms. They are not based on real sporting events and should not be mistaken for predictions of real-world outcomes.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the betcx7 platform and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts in an attempt to claim welcome bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the betcx7 platform in a manner not available to human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — deliberately placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly in connection with bonus funds.
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a betcx7 account to process funds on behalf of third parties (money-muling).
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's odds feed or exploit temporary pricing discrepancies in a systematic and abusive manner.
• Any conduct that betcx7 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.

11Account Suspension and Closure

betcx7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a verified complaint of identity theft or unauthorised account access.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or directly to support.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, betcx7 may withhold all or part of the account balance at its discretion. Where a balance is withheld, betcx7 will provide a written explanation to the account holder. Where closure is for any other reason, any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any pending investigation.

12Responsible Gaming

betcx7 takes its responsibility to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and betcx7 is committed to providing tools that help players stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their betcx7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of betcx7.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications showing time spent and net wagering activity during a session are available and can be enabled in account settings.
• Time-out: Players may place their betcx7 account on a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, login is not possible. The account resumes automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion from betcx7. This is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. To request self-exclusion, contact support@betcx7.ws.

13Privacy and Data

betcx7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Key points:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, CNIC details, mobile number and address — is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing and legal compliance purposes.
• betcx7 does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Payment data is encrypted at all times and is not stored in plain text on betcx7 systems. Payment credentials are processed via secure, certified payment gateways.
• betcx7 may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement or financial investigation agencies where legally required to do so.
• Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them by betcx7. Such requests should be directed to support@betcx7.ws.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betcx7's liability to players is limited as follows:

• betcx7 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, server issues or circumstances outside betcx7's reasonable control.
• betcx7 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or for actions taken by third parties who gain access to an account as a result of the player's negligence.
• betcx7 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• In no event will betcx7 be liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even where betcx7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these terms limits betcx7's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by betcx7's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15Amendments to These Terms

betcx7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies when changes are made:

• Material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on their betcx7 account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
• The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") will be revised whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
• Continued use of the betcx7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using betcx7 and may request account closure and return of any real-money balance by contacting support@betcx7.ws before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions, together with betcx7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betcx7 in relation to your use of the platform. Any previous understandings, representations or agreements are superseded by this document.
